By accessing or using estana's recruitment platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
estana provides a cloud-based recruitment management platform designed for SME recruitment agencies. The Service includes candidate tracking, job management, AI-powered matching, and collaboration tools.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malware or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using estana, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, estana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
