Agency Marketplace

Every agency has a domain edge. Use it across all mandates.

Two agencies collaborate on one mandate. One assigns. One sources. estana handles the data, the sync, and the privacy layer so both sides can work with full confidence.

Why it exists

01

BFSI agency

has a client asking for Data Engineers.

Assign to an IT specialist partner. They source, screen, and submit. You place.

02

IT boutique

has a client asking for BFSI relationship managers.

Assign to a BFSI specialist partner. They manage the pipeline. You close.

03

Volume agency

has a overflow mandates your team cannot take on.

Route niche roles to domain specialists. More closures without bandwidth pressure.

For the agency assigning the mandate

Assign jobs to partner agencies directly from the job detail.

Open any job, click the partner panel, select the agency, set a deadline, and assign. Partner submissions flow into your pipeline automatically. No email threads, no spreadsheet tracking.

  • Assign any mandate to a verified partner agency
  • Choose whether the end client name is visible to the partner
  • Track partner submissions inside your existing pipeline
  • Status updates sync automatically as candidates move through stages
  • Set a submission deadline per allocation

For the agency receiving the mandate

Partner jobs appear in a dedicated tab. Same workflow as your own jobs.

No separate portal. No new submission form. In Sourcing Only mode, you get your own 3-stage pre-pipeline (Sourcing, Screening, Sent to Partner) to track candidates internally before forwarding them. In End to End mode, you work directly on the assigning org's stages from day one.

  • Partner jobs appear in a dedicated tab, no separate portal
  • Add candidates through the same inline form you use for your own jobs
  • Internal pre-pipeline (Sourcing, Screening, Sent to Partner) in Sourcing Only mode
  • Stage labels shown to you are normalised by the assigning org — internal names stay private
  • Notifications for every status change on your submitted candidates
  • Submit the same candidate to multiple partner jobs — details pre-fill automatically

Pipeline access control

You decide how much pipeline access the partner gets.

Set per partnership. Change any time from the Partner Agencies panel. The mode you choose determines what the receiving agency sees and when.

LOCKEDSourcing only

Partner runs their own 3-stage pre-pipeline. You only see candidates they have manually cleared and forwarded. Your stages stay completely private.

What estana handles

The platform manages the data layer. You manage the relationship.

While active

  • Candidate copied into the receiving org's pool on first submission
  • Professional fields sync bidirectionally while the allocation is active
  • Stage moves by the assigning org reflect in real time on the receiving side
  • Submission history tracked per mandate on both sides, automatically
  • End client name masked by default — the assigning org decides if it is revealed
  • Duplicate detection runs against the assigning org's pool before any submission lands

When it ends

Closed
  • Both orgs keep their own candidate copies, permanently
  • Field sync stops the moment the allocation closes
  • Each org updates their version freely, with no effect on the other
  • No shared access, no cross-visibility into either pool
  • Submission and allocation history is preserved on both sides for records

Revenue model

Two agencies. One placement. Split the fee.

Start from a typical split or drag to set a custom one. The final terms are always agreed between the two agencies directly.

Partner pre-screens candidates internally before forwarding. You own the final pipeline.
