About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team and serve as a key liaison between Human Resources and our business operations. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives across our growing IT services and outsourcing business. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on employee development and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and develop HR strategies that drive business results and support growth objectives
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and integration processes to build high-performing teams
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and career development programs across assigned business units
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
• Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation with fairness and consistency
• Collaborate with HR operations and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and compliance with labor laws
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 3-6 years of proven HRBP or HR experience in IT/Technology or outsourcing industry
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience working in IT services or BPO/outsourcing organizations
• Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) or advanced HR qualifications
