Overall Job Description

·      To Conduct detailed credit appraisal and risk assessment of MSME loan proposals with turnover upto 50 crore.

·      Analyze financial statements, bank statements, GST returns to evaluate borrower repayment capacity and financial health.

·      Assess business model, industry risk, to determine creditworthiness of applicants.

·      Monitor portfolio risk, early warning signals, and compliance with internal credit guidelines.

·      Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance in lending decisions.

·      Maintain asset quality by identifying potential credit risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.

·      Well versed with digital underwriting model.
