JOB OVERVIEW


GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This is a support role, responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating CSR activities according to the company strategy, to help the company meet its CSR obligations towards a sustainable and socially responsible organization.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Sociology, Social Work,Development Studies,or Related Field.


KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS  Knowledge and Understanding of CSR regulations and best prevailing CSR practices. Passion to serve the underserved/ bottom of the pyramid population. Experience of having worked in a corporate environment 


KEY DESCRIPTION

Responsible for developing CSR policies and SOP's for the company's social, sustainable and environmental responsibilities within the regulatory frame work .

Develop and implement CSR Strategies alinged with the company's Vision and regulatory requirement.Identify key focus area based on social Needs assessments and business Alignment.

NGO Partnerships & Field Engagement: Evaluate,and onboard Credible NGO Partners, Conduct Regular Field visits to monitor ongoing projects and assess impact.

Ensure Proper utilization of CSR funds by partner NGOs.

Accountable for continuous effective monitoring of the projects (technical and financial) to ensure delivery of the envisaged sustainable impact on the community/ social issue.

Requirement of working understanding of finance.

Responsible for optimum utilisation of CSR funds for maximum impact interventions.

Accountable for ensuring timely compliance to CSR regulations and adherence to company’s CSR policy and SOP.

Help in building CSR competency in the organisation with strengthened capability to manage the CSR initiative/ obligation from identification to decision making process to support the obligation and mission of the company.

Coordinate with internal stakeholder for creating an integrated and embedded culture in the organisation on adopting corporate social responsibility through wider employee participation.

Responsible for automating various CSR processes to achieve better efficiency, productivity and control.
