Profile: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Business Risk

Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation - Risk related certification would be an additional advantage.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in security market / operations risk assessment related roles 

Salary Range: Upto 10.00lpa

Knowledge :

• Knowledge of Business Processes of pertaining to security market Custody Operations , Fund Accounting Operations, KYC , AML etc
• Understanding of Risk Frameworks and its applications for business process

Role:

• Providing inputs on Risk Frameworks of organisation
• Determining risks associated with business processes , Monitoring and Highlighting risks and propose mitigation
• Supporting risk related audits and tracking actions for closure
• Plan and Participate in Risk Awareness interventions for users
• Helping users/process owners to implement proactive measures and actions suggested by risk auditors
• Plan and coordinate internal Risk Reviews with Management
• Continuously upgrade one’s domain knowledge through relevant certifications and understanding of business processes
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Extending support to Legal team for Drafting and Vetting of Legal Agreements and Contracts need basis.
