Experience:
· Previous experience as a Business Analyst Role including creating user journeys
· Experience in implementation of new age technologies and API Management in Credit Cards Vertical is essential
· Exposure to all phases of the life cycle of a system including aspects such as Analysis, Designing, Testing, System Testing, debugging and Reviewing
· Should have detailed understanding of entire Card Lifecycle Management right from Onboarding to Clearing, Settlement, Recon & Dispute Management
· Strong analytical and functional skills
· Good Verbal/Email communication and co-ordination skills
· Good Documentation skills
· Open and proactive communication style, good listening skills
· Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
· Well-organized, methodical, good time management skills
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
- Should be self-starter and take ownership for the projects assigned
Network Knowledge (Visa , MasterCard ,RuPay) will be added advantage
Scope of activities:
· Takes responsibility for adhering to project plans ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time
· Performs review, analysis, gap analysis and evaluation of Business and User Requirements
· Review all design solutions for accuracy and adherence to Business Requirements
· Partner with Internal Stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, IT, Operations Team) and External Vendors/Partners to develop necessary analysis and documentation
· Documentation of detailed Business Requirements
· Documentation and evaluation of potential solutions
· Interaction and Negotiation with Partners on Efforts and Timelines
· Delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
· Explore to increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions
· Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
· Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
· Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
· Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
