About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee construction operations and project execution at our premier real estate developments across Ahmedabad. This role involves managing multi-million rupee projects, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines. You will be the backbone of our on-site operations, responsible for maintaining safety protocols, cost control, and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including construction activities, material management, and workforce coordination across assigned projects

• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective measures to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality benchmarks at all construction sites

• Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, reports, and records including daily logs, inspection reports, and progress updates

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and senior management teams to resolve site-related issues and optimize construction methodologies

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 1-4 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer in real estate/construction projects

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, safety regulations, and project management practices

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification

• Experience with project management software and advanced MS Office proficiency

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction risk management
