About the Role
The Bank Manager will lead and manage a critical branch operations team, overseeing daily banking activities, customer service, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement branch-level strategic plans to achieve business targets
• Manage and supervise branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Oversee daily banking operations, including cash management and transaction processing
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate and retail customers
• Monitor and report branch performance metrics to senior management
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have:
• Post-graduate degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressive banking experience with proven leadership track record
• Extensive knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
Nice-to-Have:
• Professional banking certification (CAIIB/DBF)
• Experience in digital banking transformation
