Position Overview
The Marketing Associate supports the execution of our client's marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, webinars, email marketing, and content distribution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build skills across campaign operations, marketing technology, and audience engagement. The Marketing Associate plays a key role in ensuring marketing programs run smoothly, on time, and with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Webinar & Virtual Event Support
• Coordinate logistics for webinars and virtual events, including scheduling, registration setup, speaker coordination, reminders, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage webinar platforms and ensure accurate attendee tracking and reporting.
• Support content promotion before and after events across email and social channels.
2. HubSpot & Email Marketing Execution
• Build and deploy newsletters, campaign emails, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
• Maintain clean lists, audience segmentation, and accurate contact data.
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and prepare reporting.
3. Content & Campaign Support
• Assist with drafting and scheduling marketing content for newsletters, social channels, and campaign assets.
• Support campaign execution across digital channels, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers.
4. Marketing Operations & Reporting
• Support data entry, campaign tracking, and performance reporting across marketing platforms.
• Assist with CRM hygiene and campaign documentation.
• Compile performance summaries and insights for internal review.
5. General Marketing Support
• Provide day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, including asset coordination, proofing, and quality checks.
• Assist with research, competitive insights, and content organization.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams as needed.
Required Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships included).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar email/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting webinars or virtual events.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
