This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural leadership. You will design multi-agent systems, build domain-specific LLM pipelines, and own end-to-end AI solution design. Responsibilities  Architect and develop AI agent ecosystems across compliance, risk, and cybersecurity domains.  Build LLM workflows: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-use, chain-of-thought, and self-refinement loops.  Design agent orchestration patterns (LangGraph / AG2 / custom frameworks).  Create scalable embeddings pipelines using vector DBs (Weaviate, Pinecone, PGVector).  Build domain-specific fine-tuned models (classification, extraction, summarization).  Develop evaluation pipelines for accuracy, bias, safety, interpretability.  Implement guardrails, governance, and explainability layers.  Work closely with MLOps, DevSecOps, and Product to scale models to production. Skills Required  Strong Python + LangChain/LlamaIndex + FastAPI.  Knowledge of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.  Deep understanding of RAG workflows and vector databases.  Experience designing scalable AI architectures on cloud (GCP/AWS).  Experience with multimodal models and agent frameworks is a plus. Experience  3–5 years overall; 3+ years in applied AI/ML; 1+ year in LLMs.
